Computer Workshops in Armenian
The Glendale Public Library is happy to announce that, due to the demand of many non-English-speaking Armenians, it once again offers computer workshop in Armenian. The workshop, which is free to the public, is designed for beginners and will be held in the library's Learning Center computer room. Students learn the basics, such as: how to use computers, how to set up a free email account, and how to search on the Internet. Additionally, they learn how to use and search the Glendale Public Library's website. The workshop includes a PowerPoint slide presentation in Armenian. Students receive a free booklet in Armenian, “Ի՞նչպէս գործածել համակարգիչը”, written by Elizabeth Grigorian especially for the workshop.
